This study shows businesses why a Community Engagement Management Index is needed to measure the levels of engagement in the community. By conducting this research with an established community it allowed for the index to be tested and furthermore, based on the preliminary results, to be developed into a user-friendly tool.
Businesses can use this tool on their own proprietary community to score, run diagnostics and identify potential areas for improvement as well as to put remedial actions in place to ensure a more
engaged community in future.
